Although there are many hotels in the area, we always chose this hotel. The staff couldnt be better. Our room is always clean and comfortable.
Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool.
Parking for Handicap was a little difficult.
refrigerator did not work
I liked everything about it clean and staff was nice...
Didn't have a bad experience
The room was nice and we got to stay on the first floor. We didn't feel cramped as it was a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was very good!
The people in the hotel very friendly
Everything was Fine
No complaints. Staff / Food / Room / hotel .. all very nice and clean.
Breakfast room was WAY too small, but the food was good. Its crammed but really .. this shouldnt be that big of a deterrent.
Convenience to 490. Friendliness of staff and very helpful. I have allergies and breakfast staff was very attentive.
Breakfast and Hot Water
Very comfortable bed and quiet AC The smell of the hotel, lobby and fabrics is really nice
Poor breakfast with very limited items and totally untasty -non fresh products The dinning area is pretty small and crowded that you can't easily pick your needed item. We didn't benefit from Breakfast and bought all our needs from the grocery.
everything is just OK.
breakfast room is a little bit small and food choices is not rich enough.
Hotel did a nice job of fixing screw up by Booking . Com
My reservation had been cancelled when I arrived. However, they did have a room but not a king that I had booked. Booking . Com screwed it up! I am done with Booking. Com Also, had wrong rate on my Alamo rental car.
Breakfast area was a little small for a large amount of guests in the early morning. There should be a shelf in the bathroom for one's personal items when taking a shower or bath.
Clean room,very quiet,staff
very nice, efficient staff good value nice, clean room easy to access from I-93 or I-495 (good alternative to expensive Boston hotels if you're coming from/heading North of Boston) nice touches like coffee, fresh apples and orange-flavored ice water available in the lobby good wifi
breakfast is included, but it was so crowded and the food choices so reduced that I went someplace else.
